  • Wheelchair service: From check-in to boarding, we ensure that you are assisted throughout your journey.
  • Priority boarding: For those who may require extra time or assistance, we offer priority boarding.
  • In-flight assistance: Our cabin crew is ready to provide any assistance you may need during the flight, including help in moving to and from the lavatories.

We also provide individual safety briefings and assistance with meal preparation, if required. It's essential to notify Nile Air at the time of booking or at least 48 hours before your flight if you require any special assistance. This allows us to arrange the necessary services and make your travel experience as smooth and comfortable as possible.

Pets are allowed on Nile Air flights at the passengers’ cabin, taking into consideration that:-

  • Only small pets are allowed and cats.
  • A maximum of 2 pets can be accepted on the same flight, one in each cabin.
  • The total weight of the container and pet must not exceed 8 kg and the food must not exceed 10 kg.
  • The Container (cage or the soft bag) that carries the pet must not exceed (40 cm in length x 20 cm in width x 24 cm in height). A higher one can only be accepted if semi-soft as it will be located under the seat in front of the passenger.
  • Charges Same as excess weight per kg including cage
    The container must permit the animal to hold its natural position and to be able to turn around and lie down.
  • It is a must to be ventilated, waterproof, and made of strong material that an animal is not able to destroy & it can properly close.
  • Documents before reporting to A/P:
    (a) Vaccine certificate stamped by the animal doctor.
    (b) Stamped certificate from the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries (if he bought the pet from CAI) to prove that the pet has no diseases and must be stamped also by the SAU Embassy (in case the passenger is traveling to any of KSA cities)
    (c) Destination that the passenger at which the passenger will disembark must have an animal quarantine.
  • The passenger is requested to review the latest restrictions published by the Government of the country regarding their destinations & make sure that they are permitted to enter.
  • Please complete the required documents and notify us so that we can send the request to the concerned department at least 72 hours before the flight departure.

There are many channels to contact the Nile Air Contact Center team:

  • Nile Air allows up to 2 checked bags not exceeding the weight limit of your class of travel, with each bag under 32 kg.
  • Carry-on allowance includes one bag (3 kg max, 36 X 27 cm) and a handbag (7 kg max, 36 X 56 X 23 cm).
  • Travellers with an infant can check an extra bag (up to 10kg, 55 x 38 x 20 cm) and bring a collapsible stroller, subject to cabin space.
  • Damaged or poorly conditioned baggage may be refused.
  • Additional items allowed include infant food, carrycot, collapsible wheelchair, crutches, walking sticks, and prosthetics, subject to conditions.
  • Liquids, gels, aerosols etc. should be in containers of no more than 100 ml capacity.
  • Frozen food is not permitted on Nile Air flights.
  • Golf equipment is allowed but may incur excess baggage fees if overweight.
  • Oversized and special-purpose equipment may attract extra fees. Compliance with cabin baggage rules is required for all passengers.

  • Policies vary, as per booking conditions, For example, the Promo and Economy Saver bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable, but the Economy Flex and Economy Premium bookings are flexible to change and refund for a fee.

  • For international flights: four hours before the scheduled time of departure (Closing time for international flights is (60) minutes before the scheduled time of departure.
  • For domestic flights: three hours before the scheduled time of departure. (Closing time for domestic flights is (45) minutes before the scheduled time of departure).
